Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) will host the second edition of Bahrain International Chocolate and Coffee Exhibition, later this year, said a report.
The event will be held under the patronage of the authority's CEO Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al Khalifa, from December 7 to 9, at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC), added the Bahrain News Agency (BNA) report.
The exhibition will be organised by BTEA, it said.
Yasmeen Jamal, CEO of Bidayaat Company, highlighted that the economic importance of this exhibition, and that it will unveil potential new investment opportunities in this vital industrial sector that has grown about threefold over the past decade.
She noted that it will also open up new vistas from the perspective of investors, importers, entrepreneurs as well as bring in international expertise in this industry, all under one roof.
