Alba CEO applauds interns upon completion of OJT programmes

In line with Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba)’s commitment to Bahraini youth development, the CEO Ali Al Baqali congratulated more than 90 trainee students on the completion of their On-Job-Training (OJT) programmes, carried throughout this year, during a ceremony that was held on 23 August 2023 at the Company’s premises. Success is never achieved in solo, and recognition is the way to applaud the trainees’ achievements and inspire them to do more to reach their objectives.
Every year, Alba welcomes university and school students for hands-on training placements across its various operational and support functions as per their respective specialisations. Since the beginning of 2023, Alba has provided OJT opportunities to 141 students, of whom 54 were females.
