NBB offers exclusive funding for Grnata residential properties

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has signed an MoU with Grnata Group, one of the leading property developers in the kingdom, to provide exclusive financing options for residential properties within its prime development Al Rayyan in Budaiya.
As per the deal, NBB will provide accessible financing schemes for customers interested in purchasing an ‘Al-Rayyan’ property.
The bank will offer prospective buyers a six-month grace period, competitive interest rates, a tenor period of up to 30 years and swift approval processes.
As part of the package, NBB is also offering a special gift to the first 20 buyers.
On the key partnership, Subah Abdullatif AlZayani, Chief Executive (Retail Banking) said: "By collaborating with prominent developers in Bahrain such as the Grnata Group, we are committed to fulfil the customers’ aspirations to own property and find their ideal home."
Grnata Group’s Head of Marketing Ahmed Habib said: "We are pleased to be partnering with NBB who will offer buyers access to financing for our ‘Al-Rayyan’ properties in Budaiya. Each house within the project has been exquisitely designed and constructed to cater to a modern lifestyle."
