Eagle Hills Diyar starts delivery of prime project in Bahrain

Eagle Hills Diyar, the pioneer behind the iconic Marassi Al Bahrain development, has further strengthened its position in the real estate sector by announcing the handover of its third project, Marassi Boulevard.
A premium development, Marassi Boulevard comprises four residential buildings with about 243 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
Marassi Boulevard occupies a prime position within the prestigious development on the Grand Boulevard, a unique concept at the epicenter of the development.
A major part of the Marassi Al Bahrain development, it is within walking distance from Marassi Beach and promenade, the lush green Central Park, as well as Marassi Galleria, which is set to be among the largest shopping malls in the kingdom once the project gets completed.
Marassi Al Bahrain is a distinguished urban project by Eagle Hills, a private real estate investment and development company, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, as part of a joint venture with Diyar Al Muharraq, the developer of mega-project Diyar Al Muharraq.
The most recent addition to the beachfront development comes as part of Eagle Hills Diyar’s efforts to build a unique masterplan and boasts 15 retail units located on the ground floor.
Marassi Boulevard also includes a number of amenities including a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, adult and children’s swimming pools, as well as children’s play areas that are located on a courtyard spanning over 44,000 sq ft, providing residents with a barbeque and outdoor seating area to enjoy all year round.
This handover has reinforced Eagle Hills Diyar’s reputation for delivering on its commitments to customers, following the completion of landmark projects Marassi Residences and Marassi Shores Residences.
