Seef Properties, the leading integrated real estate development company in Bahrain, has invited expressions of interest (EoIs) from leading contractors to provide MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) and civil maintenance services at its key properties in the kingdom.
The winning bidder will provide maintenance services at all its malls in the kingdom at Muharraq, Isa Town and Seef districts and other properties in Bahrain, stated Seef Properties in its tender notification.
