Bahrain-based aluminium smelter Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) has announced its participation at the seventh edition of the Global Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Conference & Exhibition 2019, taking place at the Gulf Hotel, Bahrain from September 30 to October 3.
Held under theme “Efficiency, Resilience and Sustainability”, Shaikh Mohamed Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil for Bahrain, inaugurated the Global HSE Conference & Exhibition and was welcomed by Alba’s acting chief executive officer Ali Al Baqali and the director of safety, health & environment, Moh’d Khalil Saeed at the Alba stand in the exhibition. Alba also received a token of appreciation for its support of this forum.
The conference is hosting plenary discussions and workshops on a variety of subjects that are critical to HSE Management globally and regionally while the exhibition is showcasing the latest technologies and solutions from HSE manufacturers.
Commenting on this occasion, Al Baqali said: “Alba has come a long way in its safety transformational journey. Today, we stand proud of our safety culture.
