First Bahrain Real Estate Development Company, the developer of kingdom's premium project, El Mercado Village, has renewed its support as Gold Category sponsor for the upcoming Gulf Property Show in Manama.
The Northern Gulf’s “Window to Real Estate, the Gulf Property Show will run from April 23 to 25 under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the Bahrain Exhibition Centre, said the organisers Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).
On the expo's significance, First Bahrain’s CEO Omar Faysal Altemiemy said: "The Gulf Property Show is our first choice to promote our projects. The show has delivered tangible commercial and sales success for our projects and we are positive that we will be meeting more future home owners of El Mercado Village this year as well."
El Mercado Village is a beautiful mixed-use community in Janabiya, located next to an upscale neighbourhood market.
It consists of 42 premium homes, which include 8 four-bedroom standalone villas and 34 three-bedroom semi-detached villas.
These homes are designed to offer modern amenities with a classic touch conveniently located on a quiet street just off Avenue 27, offering a direct ride home from Manama in the evenings or the quickest morning commute to Saudi Arabia of any villa in the country.

Of these unit, more than 40 per cent have been snapped up by investors. The remainder are ready for immediate occupancy and title deed transfer on conclusion of a sale, and most importantly, they will be having a special offer for buyers who conclude an agreement during the show, it stated.
