Harbour Towers within the Bahrain Financial Harbour masterplan welcomes new Tenants to its prime “Category A” office space

In a prime location and with a variety of offices available, Harbour Towers continues to meet the needs of a wide range of business. The two 52-storey office buildings have easy access from King Faisal Highway, with access to over 4.500 parking spaces with professional building operations and facilities management by EFS Facilities Services Bahrain W.L.L. (a joint venture between Dubai based EFS Facilities Services Group and Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company B.S.C.(c), the developer of the Bahrain Financial Harbour masterplan and Financial Centre Development Company B.S.C.(c), the owner of Harbour Towers – East and West and Harbour Gate)

Harbour Suites, located in Harbour Towers, continues to attract strong occupier interest. These comprise of newly fully fitted office spaces from 50 - 150 square metres, with a furnished option available, which are available on a lease period of 12 months on an inclusive rent which includes service, air-conditioning and electricity charges. All of the Harbour Suites offices have access to shared facilities including washrooms, pantry/kitchen, social area and meeting rooms.

Harbour Towers also has newly completed “Category A” office space available which can be readily subdivided to meet specific Tenant requirements.

The fit out initially includes features such as raised floors, suspended ceilings, lighting and floor boxes with electrical outlets and data cabling, along with finishes to main core areas. These spaces can be customised to meet specific Tenant requirements. Office units from 150 square metres in size are available.

EFS’s dedicated on-site fit-out team was responsible for the fit out works and materials procurement. They also provide guidance to Tenants on office fit out, design and moving in processes and procedures.
