BAHRAIN [TUBLI]: Al Haddad Motors held an
awards ceremony at the showroom in Tubli to honour the recipients of the
Certified status, Mr. Bryan Logue, the Certified Sales Manager, Mr. Christopher
Dean, the Certified Showroom Manager and Ms Fatima Alawami, the Certified Sales
Consultant.
The Regional Sales Manager
at Daimler, Mr. Nicholas Powell, and the General Manager at Al Haddad Motors,
Mr. Warren Hudson presented the honourees with their certificate at the
ceremony.
The assessments were done
according to the applicants respective fields. The applicants attended training
courses that helped in the development their soft skills as well as various
other fields such as product, brand and company knowledge. They were then
examined through a series of exams, assessments and roleplay.
The Mercedes-Benz Certified
Sales Manager course looks into aspects that improve efficiency and help in
becoming a better sales manager. The managers are assessed based on their
ability to delegate and provide their employees with direction on how to
achieve their objectives and strategies. They are also tested on how they
promote diversity, growth and learning within the workforce.
Another major field in
which they are assessed in is how they manage the market and align their plans
to meet the market and customers’ requirements. Mr. Bryan Logue, the sales
manager, and Mr. Christopher Dean, the showroom manager, both received the
Certified Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager status after fulfilling all the
requirements and assessments.
Mr. Bryan, the Certified
Sales Manager, has said that “I am proud to be the first sales manager at Al
Haddad Motors to receive the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Certified Manager status
and also proud that there is a drive from the workforce to receive the Certified
status as well”. Several of the policies and procedures from these courses have
already been implemented at Al Haddad Motors and not only do they help in
efficiency they also help in the measuring the performances.
As for the Mercedes-Benz
Certified Sales Consultant course it also looks into the development product
and brand knowledge as well as the improvement of soft skills such as
communication, teamwork, and personal integrity. They are also assessed on how
their performance and how they interact with their customers. Fatima Al Awami,
the newly Certified Mercedes-Benz Sales consultant, said, “This course has had
a very positive impact on my professional life. I am now more confident when
dealing with customers and with the information that I provide them with. It
has also helped me manoeuvre through obstacles more efficiently.” She also
added, “This certificate has provided several opportunities to progress within
the company.”
