BAHRAIN [TUBLI]: Al Haddad Motors has received the award for the 2017 Best After-Sales CSI Improvement at the Regional MBCME After-Sales Conference 2018. The award was presented to Mr. Warren Hudson, the General Manager of   Al Haddad Motors, by Mr. Thilo Grossmann, Director After-Sales MBCME.

Held at Lebanon, the Regional MBCME After-Sales Conference was hosted by    T. Gargour & Fils and attended by representatives from Daimler AG and MBCME, including President & CEO of MBCME, Mr. Mark De Haes, as well as managers from the General Distributors.

The slogan for the Regional MBCME After-Sales Conference was ‘One vision, One mission, One team’ and several general distributors took this conference as an opportunity to share best practices, discuss different strategies for 2018 as well as participate in different After-Sales business related workshops.

Al Haddad Motors held a ceremony at the Salmabad premises to celebrate the award and honour their employees for their efforts, hard work and dedication towards customer satisfaction and achieving this award. Mr. Warren Hudson said: “I would like to congratulate the employees on this achievement and express my appreciation of their dedication towards the improvement of Al Haddad Motors.”

Al Haddad Motors also expressed their thanks to the customers for instilling their trust in Mercedes-Benz and Al Haddad Motors.
